I offer courses, workshops, and occasional retreats that explore creativity, embodiment, care, and ethical ways of living and working.
These offerings shift over time. Some are open to the public, some are for practitioners or learning communities, and some are created in collaboration with others. What they share is an emphasis on process, curiosity, and learning that is grounded in body, land, and relationship.
These spaces invite time to think, feel, notice, and reconnect with what feels meaningful and alive.

Some offerings lean more personal, some more professional. Many sit somewhere in between.
Courses, Workshops & Retreats
I offer a mix of short workshops, multi-week courses, practitioner learning spaces, and occasional retreats or extended gatherings.

Path of the Poetic Heart
An intimate 10-week online group programme for sensitive and courageous humans to awaken the power of their inner poets so they can experience the freedom of potent and joyful self-expression. The next series begins on 13th March 2025. Learn more.

Queer Forms
We’ll spend four weeks playing with poetic form - bending, queering, breaking, and remaking it. Expect burning hybuns, soft butch sestinas, scandalous centos, and lots of space to write, share, and surprise yourself. The next series begins 21 August. Learn more.

I am available for bespoke workshops and professional development for organisations, teams, and learning communities.
This work may include reflective practice, creative inquiry, ethics and care in complex roles, embodied approaches to sustainability, or supporting teams to think differently about how they work together.
At present, I offer this work in limited ways and often in collaboration with others. If you are interested in exploring whether a workshop or series might be a good fit, you are welcome to get in touch for a conversation.
Working Together
