Who This Space is For

I work with adults 18+ who are:

+ Creative, intuitive, sensitive, or “deep feelers”

+ Seeking a space that is relational, expressive, and culturally conscious

+ LGBTQ+, gender-expansive, or questioning

+ Neurodivergent (ADHD, AuDHD, autistic, sensory-sensitive)

+ Navigating burnout, grief, transition, or identity shifts

+ In ENM/polyamorous or non-traditional relationship constellations

+ Wanting support that honours complexity rather than flattening it

If you’ve ever been told you’re “too much,” “too intense,” or “too emotional,” you may feel understood here.

How I Work

Creative Arts Therapy is not about artistic skill; it’s about expression, meaning-making, and supporting the body-mind to soften, speak, and reorganise.

Together we may explore:

movement & body awareness

image-making & symbol

story, metaphor & imagination

relational grounding & co-regulation

emotional processing at your own pace

identity, belonging & life transitions

Everything is optional.

We follow your timing, your capacity, and your nervous system.

What Sessions Feel Like

+ Sessions are online (Zoom) - blankets, tea, dogs, stim toys welcome

+ You can arrive messy, quiet, overwhelmed, or unsure

+ No preparation needed

+ We can work with imagery, writing, movement, or conversation-only

+ Consent and pacing are central

+ You are not required to perform or impress

+ Most people describe this work as grounding, relieving, creative, and clarifying.

Why People Choose This Work

Clients often tell me they come here because this space feels:

+ Soft but not vague

+ Deep but not overwhelming

+ Grounded, warm, and gently mischievous
