Arts Therapy
I am a Registered Arts Therapist and hold a Masters degree in Arts Therapy (Clinical) (Hons.). I offer Arts Therapy services in person in Raglan and online. I work with both adults and young people aged 12 years and older. Arts therapy is a form of psychotherapy which uses the power of creative processes to facilitate personal growth and healing. Art therapy can help to improve self-esteem, self-awareness and emotional resilience. During sessions, we may utilise creative writing, movement and dance, music, visual arts, theatre, play and other art forms depending on your needs and goals. I offer support in the following areas:
