Creative Arts Therapy


​Creative Arts Therapy offers a focused, imaginative space to explore what’s happening in your body, emotions, and life. I work especially well with LGBTQ+ adults, neurodivergent minds, and sensitive, creative humans who want steady, attuned support as they navigate change, meaning, and identity.​

I currently offer online sessions only and work with adults (18+).
